Review: Works good - Edit 7/24/23: I just picked up a Logitech compact wireless mouse, M325. It did have the unifying symbol on it, and I was able to very easily sync it up with the keyboard. Took about 10 secs for it to do it. I just bought this to replace a keyboard/mouse combo I picked up at the W store about 2 years ago. It's the same model, but this is slightly different. It's white on the bottom, the keys are really quiet and seem smoother, and this one has the unifying dongle to it. My other one was not unifying, and the mouse had gone out. That's when I discovered about the "unifying", and so it was either pay a few more dollars for this keyboard that is unifying and buy a separate unifying mouse, or buy the same combo that isn't unifying which was on sale for 17. And seeing as if one goes out on the combo, you can't just buy another to use on the same dongle, I went this route. I figure in the long run this would be the cheaper option. I had another mouse handy that is not unifying, and it would not sync up with this keyboard. So, if you want one dongle to run both mouse and keyboard, as well as other stuff you need to look for that orange symbol on the dongle or package. Then you need to use the software on the logitech site to sync them together. IMO kinda dumb. Just make everything sync up together. Overall, decent keyboard for me for basic medium web browsing type of use, no gaming. I have the keyboard about a foot away from the monitor, and no issues with it. My old keyboard was still working ok, it just had a bunch of dust and gunk in the keys and a few keys I never use popped off and lost due to my cat digging it up for some reason. I had spilled stuff on it before, and it still worked fine. Battery had lasted, it was going on about 2 years I'd had it.
Review: Good option. - Great keyboard for everyday use. Comfortable keys, quiet typing experience, and reliable wireless connectivity. Battery life is excellent, and the full-size layout with number pad makes work much easier. Solid quality and great value for the price.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I'm going nutty trying to find the right keyboard. This seems to say the angle is adjustable... does that mean it has the little pull-out legs? And also, the keyboard I have now came with the mouse and unifying dongle so could I still use the MK320 mouse with this keyboard? or would I have to get another mouse? Thanks.**
A: Yes it is the little plastic pull out legs and I have a mouse that is totally separate, use two different usb ports if your mouse you have has it's own wireless connector then yes if the same connector is used for both keyboard and mouse then I am not sure if it will work unless that source plugs different place than new keyboard. I love this keyboard and have a logitech red and white m525 mouse that works great. Good luck, I have gone through many keyboards and mice and these have worked great for over a year.

**Q: is there a cap locks indicator?**
A: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23268/~/k270-caps-lock-and-num-lock-indicators The answer is yes.

**Q: Is it compatible with the Logitech M510 wireless mouse?**
A: The usb link (very tiny) also links my M705 mouse. If the M510 mouse comes with a little usb connector, it can be linked, just go to logitech.com (I think, it will say in your directions), and it will give you directions to link a 2nd logitech product to the usb link.

**Q: can you lock the 8 hot keys? When I pick up my keyboard to put in lap, I keep hitting the pc button & it turns my cpu off.**
A: I have the same problem, especially if I really have to reach for it.
Super glue sounds good but I've been tempted to use my hot glue gun just in case I ever wanted to undo it.
I run a Ubuntu based Linux, key bindings might be a better solution but... I haven't been motivated enough to try to figure that out.
Other than occasionally accidentally putting my computer to sleep, it's been a good keyboard.
I wonder if I booted into Windows, installed Setpoint and disabled the keys the "disabling" would ride along with the keyboard when I booted back into Linux?
I haven't done it for awhile though. I think I've learned to pick it up without accidentally squeezing the "trigger'. :-)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect 2nd Chance
*by L***R on June 24, 2026*

It's a keyboard, it does what its supposed to do. Works great. Keyboard with actual keys not smooth buttons. Don't second guess a resale (if available). Great price point.
