While the kit works fine and the results are accurate, the major issue is every time multiple (say, 10) kits are ordered, at least one kit doesn't has testing liquid in the to tube- it's just empty. Between my brother in law and I, ordered about 4 times and two orders (each with 5 kits minimum) had one kit was with empty tube. When reported, the response from CS service was quick and willing to replace. Trouble is that this is not an item that you use every day so if you end up with an unusable kit and if it's the last piece, you are with no options. I see a pattern and the QA at the manufacturing facility should pay attention to this. It's not any cheaper- I think we have 3 unusable kits so wasted about ₹750 or so.

This tests gives direction sitting at home

There is no point to discuss accuracy, easy to use etc when the liquid required to test is insufficient. Tube seems having a little drop of liquid only which was absorbed by the cotton swab and nothing left to put on the cartridge
