No, this doesn't connect to the xbox one. It is only compatible with Xbox Series S/X. You can transfer titles using another USB drive, but this device is only used to expand the storage space on the Series S/X consoles.

Im not entirely sure what kind of games you play to need 5TB, but to my knowledge, Xbox havent said anything about making bigger expansion cards than the 2TB, however, if you are brave enough, and have enough money, buying 2 of them could solve your problem, since once you installed the games, its literally just a plug and play experience.
