I take it at night when needed and the next day I get relief. I don't think it's a laxative because I go only once ot twice the next day, not all day! I like the fact that Smooth Move is an Organic product. **Q: I just poured hot water on my tea bag and it started making all kinds of hissing noises for about 5 minutes.. is this normal?** A: It is not normal for this to happen - I have used this tea many times over ten years never had any kind of hissing noise for 5 minutes!!! It is a very good product and I highly recommend it! **Q: I have been forgetting to cover the tea and have not been affected much by smooth move, could not covering it be why?** A: I’ve actually never tried this flavor (I use the original blend without Chamomile), so not sure if that makes a difference. But the original blend works every time without fail.
