I emailed the support people regarding this issue and below is the question and response. Just to clarify, the KX-TGA405B will not work with the KX-TG885SK, is that correct? Answer: Thank you for contacting Panasonic. The range extender 405 will not work with your phone system. Trying to find a KX-TGA407B is like looking for a needle in a hay stack.
