Even tho i have some acne on my body, can i still use this as a body moisturizer?

Make sure the acne is dried out before you apply. The lotion should fade the spots away

Does this help with ingrown hairs and razor bumps?

I far as I know, no. Its a better moisturizer on skin and even out dark marks on face.

Tonia they are as follows: Deionized Water, Mineral Oil, Octyl Palmitate, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Cocoa Butter, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, and Peg 100 Stearate, Dimethicone, Carbomer 940, Methyl Paraben, Triethanolamine Propyl Paraben, Diazolidinyl Urea, Fragrance. Side note: Cetyl Alcohol is a thickening agent and is in no way related to ethyl or "rubbing" alcohol which dries the skin out....in fact its quite the opposite. Hope this was helpful.
