Started the fenugreek in early January. Had Total T measured in early March -- about 8 weeks. Total T up over 10% from Total T measured 2 years ago. Current age: 72.5yrs. (age in which Total T starts to decrease at a higher rate)Another piece of info, for the past few years did about 55 pushups each morning, was my limit as the last one was at point of could not do another. From January till March, pushups could go farther, and now at over 70 till the last one.Lots of factors in this type of one-guy trying to stay healthy, but these two factors are significant and no other life-style changes over these two months.

I'm taking this for men's sexual health. I am in my 40s & have no problems with ED or low drive, but who doesn't want better? My ejaculate is thicker, denser, and more milky-white in appearance. I am a female, and I take it for hormone/cycle regulation. This dose and brand is extremely effective. I noticed the effects on my third dose and it quickly built up in my system. The pills are rather large, but it's a large dose so it's to be expected. You will smell sweet/mapley and your urine too.
