This fits my X3 xDrive 20i quite nicely. I have seen previous reviews that the clips are plasticly & not well made, this is not an issue for me as I am using carabiner hooks.

Let’s face it, you bought The Ultimate Driving Machine for its cornering ability. Unfortunately your milk and eggs don’t appreciate that on a grocery run. If you’ve got an X3 with the cargo rails and cargo hooks, this is perfect for you to hold items in the net or behind it. Fits great, and works as described.

This cargo net couldn't be better! Here's how to install: 2 L/R hooks on the net bottom attach to left/right anchors in floor in front of rear hatch. Top right -- tie paracord length to right net loop at top and to hook on right side of X3 trunk wall. Make this connection length adjustable to accomodate various cargo sizes. Top left -- tie paracord length to left net loop at top and to rear seat headrest outboard extension post. Make this connection length adjustable to accomodate various cargo sizes. Use your choice of knots or bowline at net and midshipman's hitch w/ loops. Or your choice of tensioner device if you can't tie knots. Paracord is my perference. You can use your shoelaces if you want.

I bought as it said it was compatible with bmw x3. It is not.
