Rectangular Yoga Bolster Pillow for Restorative Yoga

Love this item it’s super soft and works great

My husband got me one of these yoga bolsters as a gift and I liked it so much I got one for my son who takes yoga class with me. This particular bolster is a little more lightweight than some that I’ve used in classes. It is also longer by a few inches and the shape is more rectangular and less “blocky”. It’s covered with a microsuede type fabric and not the canvas that many yoga bolsters have. If you want a heavier bolster or plan to use it out of doors a lot, this one might not be for you. Here are the things I like about using it for my indoor yoga practice: 1) I like the fabric. Especially in restorative poses where your face is often resting against the bolster, the rougher canvas ones would irritate my skin. This one has not. 2) I like the longer length. I’m only 5’6”, but I find it just gives me a couple more inches to adjust my poses and the amount of stretch I’m doing. My son is 6’2” and he really likes this bolster as well because he has long arms and legs and the longer length is definitely more comfortable for him. 3) Even though this isn’t as heavy as other bolsters, both my son and I find it to be firm enough for any assists we’ve needed in multiple poses. We’ve both used this style and brand for several months now and the core of the bolster has remained solid and firm with plenty of support for any pose we’ve done. This might not be for everyone- if you want a heavier or super firm bolster or one with a heavier fabric cover for outdoor use, this might not be for you. But for anyone doing restorative poses especially or if you are older or need something with good support that’s a little more lightweight to carry- try this one!

These are a bit small, but I’m a bit small so it worked and I kept it. If you’re tall or a larger person, look for something better suited. The material is soft and I can successfully feel the yin postures working to release my back.

This is a larger bolster. Fabric is soft and a little fuzzy. good for extended heart opening poses. It's lightweight and sturdy with a firmer support, good vlue.

Pillow fluffs to perfect size. Bolster is firm-ish so it is very supportive during your yoga practice. I even used it to put under my legs after my hysterectomy! Good buy

I expected this to be as firm as a standard yoga bolster, but it’s not. If you’re looking for something firm don’t buy this.

Weird comes in small air tight bag but once left in inflate it’s superb very comfy and supportive.
