Wolf Tooth Remote 22.2mm Handlebar Clamp Dropper Lever

This was a solid upgrade to my stock lever. The action is super smooth with a very light and responsive feel that makes it easy to drop and raise the post on the fly. Installation was quick and straight forward. The build material is strong quality and very durable. The ergonomics are spot on, it fits great under the bars and is easy to reach. Very functional! It looks great on my bike and was well worth the money.

Great dropper remote. Had no idea it had a sacrificial axle until I broke mine in a crash. While researching a replacement I came across a YouTube video that randomly mentioned it and sure enough I found replacements for $7 a pop. Rebuilt it and loving it more everyday. The adjustment inward or outward on the handlebars is also nice. Stock up on those replacement axles, and this remote will serve you for many years.

Functions great! Expensive but high quality lever is extremely well made and comfortable to use. Installation was easier than expected. The serrations on the lever are perfect for thumb grip with or without gloves. I sure wouldn't want to go with a smooth lever during a race. My favorite feature is the ability to replace the breakaway hub in the center. It is designed to crack in a crash instead of breaking the lever. I'm disappointed that they didn't include a spare. It's a $0.50 piece of plastic. When you spend this kind of money for a tiny lever, you should get a spare, or 10.

This remote took all the work out of the install! Well at least all the hard parts. Used with FOX Transfer dropper post. Likes: Allows the cable (barrel stop) to directly attach to internal dropper post, which then allows the cable to be threaded down the post/frame and up and out to the remote lever. This means all adjustments/final connections can then be made at the lever so you don’t have to pull the post every time. The lever looks great, has etching on thumb area for grip, is machined to have the cable fit nicely in a small groove (make sure you install on the correct side of the set screw), and doesn’t smash the cable when tightened. Barrel adjustment included on lever so I was able to eliminate an extra cable housing piece on the bike. Very happy with product! Cons: expensive.

Worked great and was easy to install. The only minor issue is adjustability because the lever sits out further than I would prefer. But I would have to say easy to install and solid.

Working great so far with my dropper post! No issues in months with it, seems smoother and lighter-weight overall than my previous dropper lever.

Replaced my Fox Transfer remote with this and the difference is very noticeable. The contact point for your thumb is larger and has a very textured surface, a huge improvement. The smooth action of the lever is another upgrade over the Fox as the radius of the cable path is more open with a smoother angle. $65 is steep but if you use your dropper as much as I do it is reasonable for the quality of the part. The light action lever is allegedly even smoother as it’s longer for more leverage. This one is perfect for me but I wouldn’t be mad at that one either.

great replacement for my crappy ks original one, a tad expensive for what it is, even though its a nice bit of engineering. but mountain biking aint cheap!

Good lever, but there is cheaper options out there that perform just as well. Built from quality materials and fit and finish is great.
