This book has changed my life

I was lucky enough to attend an online ZOOM all day introduction to Systemic Constellations. I was amazed in a virtual space to connect so deeply with the group, and myself, as I could see angles, patterns, and the importance of acknowledging the order of things in my chosen topic of difficulty. The importance of attending to beginnings and endings with respect and dignity of the individual and the greater system of the organization, team, family, or any relationship. The methodology in this book helps open ones eyes to the whole system, and many ways of opening. There is even a must try exercise in Part-5 called "Receiving what's available." that helped me realize that in any personal or professional relationship there are resources to harvest. I bought the eBook and I can listen while it reads through the exercise like a meditation, and can be repeated.
