Arrowhead Mills Organic Rye Flour, 20 Ounce

My go to brand is often out of stock so I tried this and I am not disappointed. I may just stay with this brand until it gets out that it is a good one too and then will be out of stock all the time also! I bake my own bread every week. I do not buy grocery store bread, ever. So it really is my go to lately. It is about the same quality as the other and since I blend it with artisan bread flour there is no difference in flavor. I can't speak to using it solely for baking items. It has a nice texture and seems fresh enough. Will stick with this unless something changes.

This is hands down the best tapioca flour we have purchased and we have tried several brands.

I love this rye flour for a strong sourdough starter. Great taste, texture, and seems fresh given how much my starter loves this brand over other rye flour, including King Arthur.

I am gluten sensitive, so being able to have this to make my bread is incredibly. I made Pan de Queso (Colombian Cheese Rolls) COLOMBIAN CHEESE ROLLS) and only with this flour, sometimes can not find in store. Price is right

I bought to use in my sour dough starter. Nice size for that reason. It has worked well. I've never been disappointed with this brand. The only thing I DO NOT like about this product is, the bag is hard to align up the seal to close the bag. It's a nice and sturdy bag/closure but a pain to align. Transferred to another container and problem solved. The Rye is great though!
