Even though the picture shows a short wire, I was expecting a long wire like the original Cat Dancer. If they had one with a long wire, it would be perfect!The handle makes it easy to maneuver the toy. Without the handle, the wire is not comfortable to hold while you flick it around. The handle is a good shape and comfortable to hold in any position. It appears that the handle is fused to the wire. As if the plastic started out liquid, and dried with the wire in there. Kind of like a cement base for a fence post.It would be neat if the handle could be used with various toys, such as the longer Cat Dancer! If it opened up and you can snap for a different teaser you.It took my cats a couple of days to warm up to the shorter length. They like it and beg for it now. They still bring me the long one, both are accepted toys.

I thought this would be like the cheaper cat dancer, just with a handle to make it actually easy to use, but it is much much shorter and therefore looses a lot of the bouncer fun of the original.Frustrating because my only complaint about the original was the bad handle.

There’s one cat at a shelter where I volunteer who’s a PITA; she will reach between the bars and hit other cats while they’re getting play time. I clip this toy on the bars and it keeps her occupied until it’s her turn to be let out. Everyone is much happier!

My year-old kitty loves this cat toy. It offers more control for me when I play with him than the older version, and has a convenient handle. He often drags it out of his toy box to play. He loves the pieces on the end, I do wish I could order just the cardboard rope as he has ripped apart some of his other toys to have little rope strings. Overall great toy for my little guy!

This one isn’t my favorite. I’m probably going to donate to my local shelter for the kitten cages. The handle isn’t very comfortable and the length is way too short.

All 3 of my cats love this toy! At first look it seemed delicate like it wont last very long but I play with my babies daily & it's still in perfect condition. The only issue is that the length is so short. My cats like to jump etc so it would be more helpful if it was longer but I still think every cat parent should have at least one.

The cats love it. It's sturdy and holds up well.

I like to make my high energy 10 month old jump on and off my bed with this to burn off his energy.

A shame that this broke within days, leaving me with a sharp piece of wire. Before that happened, the cat thought this was the most exciting thing she'd ever seen.

I thought I was buying a full-length cat dancer that happened to have a handle (because the regular one's cardboard roll falls apart so quickly!), but when it arrived this thing is COMICALLY short. It is maybe a Foot and a half long. It's not fun for my cat. Also, there is no way to replace the wire coming out of the handle, which I thought would be possible, when the end is "used up" or the cardboard gets chewed and unravels. This is a waste of money and damaging to the environment because the hard black plastic cannot be reused as a handle for a replacement Cat Dancer.

Der Cat dancer ist bei uns nicht mehr weg zu denken, gehört zu fast jeder Futterbestellung dazu. Jetzt also die "Premium-Version" und die finde ich etwas zu kurz geraten. Und auch, wenn er durch seine Form evtl. etwas länger halten sollte, die Katzen werden die "Pappe" auch hier recht schnell vernichtet haben. Das "drauf rum kauen" gehört ja nun mal dazu. Der Preis ist dafür nicht ohne und eine umweltfreundlichere Lösung als dieser Kunststoffgriff wäre auch schön. Soweit zu meiner Meinung.Den Katzen ist das völlig schnuppe; es ist ein CatDancer, das ist genug. Sie lieben auch dieses Teil, aber der Klassiker ist Ihnen noch am liebsten!!

Der Draht ist etwas kurz um damit angenehm mit der Katze zu spielen.Nichtsdestotrotz gibt es kein Spielzeug auf das unsere Katze so sehr abgeht wie auf dieses.Leider ist nach etwa zwei Wochen der Draht einfach am Griff abgebrochen.Ich würde empfehlen lieber den klassischen Cat Dancer zu kaufen, der ist langlebiger.

So small, not at all close to the length of the original. It makes it more difficult to play and it does not move the same way as the original which is what our cats liked. The paper is unraveling more quickly and the wand has almost snapped several times. Incredibly disappointed.
