I searched high and low for the perfect lamp for a boy's room, and this lamp hit all the marks. Sturdy, colorful, unique, easy to install, and it goes great with the decor in my 10 year old's room. Best of all he LOVES it, especially the adjustable lamp heads. The style of this lamp is reminiscent of mid-century modern/The Jetsons type decor, and is not babyish, not too grown of a look, perfect for any tween/teen bedroom. This lamp DOES NOT come with bulbs, so you'll need to buy five 25-watt candelabra bulbs. Choose soft white/warm white bulbs for the perfect glow!

Needed to lighten up a larger room. This does the job. It requires low wattage LED lights, which although in the 25 watt range, provide plenty of light. The 5 stalks can be independently aimed wherever you want light. The switch is a 3-way, turning on 1, then 3, then all 5 lights. No way to do 2 or 4 bulbs if all 5 are installed, but if you remove one bulb, you can get 2 and 4 that way. My main concern is how long the lights will last. They cost substantially more than regular bulbs, and are advertised to last for a number of years, while providing the same light as 75 or 100 watt bulbs. All I can vouch for so far is the brightness. I heard the same claims regarding duration about florescent lights, but found they lasted just about as long (sometimes less) as regular bulbs, at 5X the cost. If these LED bulbs burn out quickly enough, I'll update. Otherwise, decent product. It's not a work of art or something you'd find in a steampunk museum, but it gets the job done, and saves money on electricity.

I bought for my child's study room as it is dark. I am satisfied the brightness as it gives much light to the space! And it was easy to assemble as well.

This adorable lamp is so cute that I tried twice to get one that would function. First, not all the heads would illuminate a bulb. One did not work. So I had to break the thing down, package it up, and send it back. Meh. Ok. Take two. Arrives promptly. Just as cute. Oh wait, the poles that create the shaft of the lamp screw together. One of the pieces that allows this to happen was glued in at about a 15 degree angle. So when all assembled, the shaft had an obvious break/bend and was unstable to the point of being unable to stand unassisted. Yikes! How annoying. Had to break this one down and repackage it as well. What a mess.As an aside: does not come with bulbs and takes candelabra bulbs. Tiny little things that are hard to find.UPDATE: OK. So I sent the freaking thing back twice and then, once I had what appeared to be a lamp that functioned, the bulbs kept burning out. I went through 6 bulbs, different brands. Also, the plastic on two of the shades is not a perfect fit and gets too close to the bulb. And then it burns into a gooey mess and releases God only knows what sorts of fumes. Whatever they were they smelled terrible. This terrible thing is going in the garbage. Very unhappy.

Hi. This light replaces one I've been using I think, for around 15-20 years. This has a much smaller base but just as sturdy as the old one. The shades are the same except for the colors being different. The flexible 'arms' are smaller this time around but so far I don't notice any problem with that. I use this behind the couch to read and write and watch tv, using one bulb in the light blue. Works pretty darn good. Can see a lot better with this one. The older one seemed to 'suck up' all the light and even though there were 25 watt bulbs in it, they looked like little seven watt nightlights. This one puts out the light and that's better by far. Bright, illuminating and easy one the eyes besides. I really like it , and oh yeah, the on-off switch works so easy. The old one's used to fall off and go sailing under the couch. The sweeper's nearly ate it dozens of times-but NO MORE! Give this one a try. Pretty sure you'll like it the same as I do. Fire

I bought this lamp in August 2024, so I’ve been using it for a few months now. It looks nicer in pictures than it does in person. The gray body feels like low-quality plastic, and the shaders as well. Over time I noticed that it’s not perfectly straight—it tilts slightly to one side. When all five lamps are on, it does provide good overall brightness. That said, due to the build quality and the tilting issue, I wouldn’t purchase it again. On the positive side, assembly was straightforward and easy.
