Nice roaster
This roasting pan is just lovely and perfect for the purpose I bought it for. I plan to make sourdough bread with it and instead of using a very heavy cast iron pot, this will do the trick and will be much lighter. It's a perfect size for any roast or one pan meal as well. It seems well made and sturdy. I really like this roaster.

Nice little roaster. Kind of costly
Pan is exactly as described, a few flaws in craftsman ship, but it serves its purpose very well. Very very lightweight and capacity is correct. A little costly, but definitely recommend for roasting.

CHIPPED FINISH ON COOKING SURFACE
I was very disappointed with my roasting pan. After dinner (second time using roasting pan) while washing pan by hand noticed a large chip on the cooking surface of the roaster.
