Compact, Durable, and Very Convenient
This is my second time purchasing the WORKPRO 3-piece quick-change folding pocket utility knife set. The knives appear to be well-made, likely stainless steel, and feel durable in hand. They are compact, easy to use, and very convenient for everyday tasks. The folding design adds an extra layer of safety, and the belt clip makes it easy to carry or access when needed. One word of caution: be sure to remove it from your pocket or belt before entering government buildings or airports where security restrictions apply. Overall, a reliable and practical tool set that I would purchase again.

Perfect EDC
This is a 2+ year review of daily use. I work construction and use this knife frequently. It's very light, compact, blade changes are very easy, and the pocket clip is stout. I also carry this saltwater fishing, and it's extremely corrosion resistant. One drop of oil on the pivot joint every month keeps it operating smooth and rust-free. The stainless used is magnetic, so this is likely a duplex stainless steel; ie great for both strength and corrosion resistance. I also carry a pocket knife, but this knife sees most of the use

Better than expected. The search is over.
I've searched for something like this for a long time. While searching I've seen these but figured that, at this price, they wouldn't be up to par. A Coworker asked me for a replacement blade for his knife and handed this over and was very impressed. Just received my 3 pack. Pros: *Blade retention is good if you don't expect miracles. * Pivot is just tight enough to (hopefully) keep it closed in your pocket. *Clip is sturdy, and stays in 5th pocket well. *Folded stainless construction reduces complexity and points of failure. *One-handed opening easy if you're a pocket knife person. *Liner lock engages securely, could probably be bent to tighten if it loosens over time. Cons: * Some users may require a knife to lock in the closed position if stored in anything other than 5th pocket. I chose the SS version, it looks like there are models available with this feature. * Some reviews have mentioned theirs looking "used". Mine looked that way also but I'm 99% sure that's simply a reflection of manufacturing a stainless product that you sell a a low price. If you like out of the box shiny things this isn't it. *There is a little slop in the blade retention, moves ~.050" front to back. YMMV depending on the slots in your blades. This is reminiscent of very old school (mid 1900's) knives and implements, with some modern touches. I didn't try to adjust the pivot tension but other reviews mentioned Loctite, that's a good thing. The blade retention clip seems like a smart, durable solution. Like all tools that cut there are safety considerations, I won't go into a safety lecture, if you've read this far you probably know the limitations of replaceable razor blades and the knives that hold them. If you're looking for an EDC razor knife with low mass, thin profile, and everything else mentioned above then this is it. If you're looking for the latest Ti or SS razor knife to brag about on social media this isn't it. A thoughtful reviewer posted some pics of their mods, Dremeling a slot for a seatbelt cutter will instead be a great wire stripper for me. OK, that was all a lot but I'm pretty tickled with these.

Great design for a compact razor knife. But QC is not high on their list. Buy if you don't mind fixing your brand new tools..
A friend of mine gave me a razor knife at work. I liked it, but it was rather thick and really filled up my pocket. So I started looking for something better. The Workpro is a great design. Stainless and compact -- I like it. The only thing missing is an easier way to open with one hand. Another customer recommends filing a crosshatch pattern in to the ridge where you open it.. I'm going to do that. I was considering a compact Gerber model, but I read that the pocket clips are flimsy. Plus a screwdriver is needed to replace blades on that model. So I opted for the Chinese model that got very good reviews. Oh, and a few people got a stiff product.. But, that isn't going to happen to me, right? The reason I'm giving 4 stars, is that I feel like I paid $20 for one knife, not three. I'm tempted to give 3 stars. One of the knives is great. The other two are VERY stiff. I oiled and worked and worked the other two, but they are still too stiff to consider "good". Quality control really stinks with this manufacturer. I'm not the only one to experience this. I'm going to work on those other two a little while longer. And If I can't fix at least one of them, I'm going to seek a replacement. Edit: I found a way to fix this to my liking. The star bolts that hold this together are size 10. They spin together, so I dare not try loosen them! I put the star bit in my drill, oiled the joint and spun it with the drill for a few seconds. I did this to all three -- just took me a few minutes. It worked well enough that the stiff ones open easily. The good, loose one now opens with a quick flip of the wrist. I'm satisfied. I hope you have better luck. -Chris

Great product
For a set of three, its really a steal. I really love mine. I've bought the plain stainless steel and I loved it so much I bought the set with the green, pink and blue. This way my grandson, my husband and I can have our own and we know which one belongs to who. Of course all the stainless steel ones belong to me. I have one in my car, in my purse and my go bag. The blades, by the way are sharper and stay sharper longer than other box cutter blades that we've tried. Initially my husband's coworker gave him a stainless steel one about a year ago and he gave it to me. I loved that its small enough for me to clip to my pants pocket, its safe to carry around and im not afraid that it'll come open easily by accident and I'll slice my hand open. I've used it as a box cutter, as an exacto knife and ive even used it to cut some food, in a pinch. They last forever, well made. Makes a great gift, easily cleaned and disinfected. You can't go wrong with buying a set. If youre thinking you can buy just one, youre right... it'll last for ever, but why would you want to. They're small enough to put one in your go bag, car glove box, purse, etc.

Great Product for the Price!
Ordered a set of these after watching some YouTube reviews about them while trying to find a nice small Utility blade knife to carry for work and my normal every day cutting needs. I have to say for the price I was expecting them to feel a lot cheaper than they do, they feel surprisingly sturdy and a LOT more comfortable to hold compared the my Gerber EAB Lite I picked up at Lowe's. The only problem I had with them is that each one I received was bit different from the next, one of them was absolutely perfect in how it opens and locks up, the next had a stiffer opening but locked up great (it loosened with use). The third one in the group was near impossible to open and would not lock open properly. I contacted the company about it and was very surprised to receive a quick response and sent a replacement for the bad knife. Now that is how you win a return customer! I will very likely be buying more of these in the near future for gifts to my coworkers. A company that stands behind their product so well even at such a low price point is very hard to find! Very impressed :) Since purchase, one of these little guys has been part of my EDC and I don't see it going anywhere! Super light weight and vanishes in the watch pocket of my jeans. If you weren't sure if you should pick these up or not, just do it. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Good quality utility knife, thick metal, nicely finished, mechanically sound, works well
These knives came well packaged in a small cardboard box. The knives are clipped onto a separate folded sheet of folded cardboard that keeps them from touching each other or shifting around and getting dented or scratched in transit. The package feels surprisingly dense and solid. The knives (3 per package) are made of thick, shiny stainless steel. The stampings are fully deburred, polished and laser marked. They are very well-fitted, and the liner lock mechanism locks with a nice satisfying click. The tolerances are amazing for a knife at this price point. I got a set of three for $15. The blade is a standard utility knife blade, so this is obviously not a replacement for general purpose pocket knife, but for opening packages and small trimming jobs, it will do the job very well. perfect for those messy jobs you don't like to use your standard pocket knife for, like slicing messy tape, or opening gritty boxes that might dull the blade. The blade changes in seconds, and ready to go again. Knife does not feel flimsy at all. Thick, sturdy steel, (0.039" / 0.99 mm) and very well fitted. Heavy enough to handle easily, but not so heavy as to be annoying in the pocket. Overall dimensions (excluding the clip are 1 inch wide, 3" long (folded), and 0.295" thick. 5-1/4" long when opened. The blade has some slop vertically, but is held firmly side-to-side, so no worries about wandering cuts or slippage. The assembly tolerances are amazing, especially given the price point, so I took a shot at measuring them for you, so you can compare to another knife if you like. I had a hard time measuring the amount of play in the hinge lock. I didn't want to make a full-on setup, but it looks like about 0.020" of rotational play measured at the end of the blade holder. Side play was just detectable by feel, but I couldn't actually measure it. Indistinguishable from flex without a competent tooling setup. The blade is the weak point here, which is exactly as it should be. The sturdiness and good assembly of the body and hinge gives confidence and a feeling of good control when cutting. Very nice. Feels solid, and sturdy. Never feels like the handle will twist or bend in your hand. If you break the blade, it's not because of a weak handle. Sounds weird to call a 5 dollar knife beautiful, but, well, I'm a engineering geek, so what can I say. I'm impressed. This is a really good knoife. The no-tools blade change mechanism is easy to use, and the blade is securely held. I can't see this accidentally coming loose or falling out unexpectedly. The only limitation I see for this tool is the blade is just a utility knife blade, but that's just what it is. Love these knives. If they break, or (more likely) get lost, I would instantly buy them again. I might buy some just to give away. They are good. Buy a pack. You won't be disappointed.
