Can anyone tell me how well it works on corns? I have 2 on the bottom of my foot and need to know if this works for corns?

These work well on corns. They have a very high level of salicylic acid and will take anything off if you use it long enough. I had a wort that I had frozen off twice and it kept coming back but after 2 weeks of using this it is finally gone for good.

Can I use this to remove skin tags?

The product indicates it removes warts, corns, and callouses. Since this is a powerful acid that eats away the skins it covers, I wouldn't recommend using it on skin tags.
