I know herbal supplements aren't approved/regulated by FDA and I didn't believe in probiotic hocus pocus before ... but my out of control eczema prompted me to look for a solution. My hands were always very dry and itchy. Probiotics have helped that condition *somewhat* but what makes me consider this an amazing addition to my daily Claritin and nasal spray is that it "cured" my lactose intolerance that I've dealt with my entire life. It was getting to the point where it would hurt when I had ice cream or drank a little milk. I thought I was cursed for life ... not so. I have had pizza recently and realized I suffered no ill effects (gas, bloating, diarrhea, pain, etc.). I am a believer and will keep my Amazon subscription.
