This stuff is no joke, if you need to open your lungs up and breathe better for whatever reason buy it. I steep 2 bags in about 16 oz of water and can immediately feel the effects.

My favorite tea. I drink it when I start having sore throat or coughing. It's soothe my throat.

I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't actually experienced it personally. After 1 cup, the amount of phlegm that came up in the next 24 hours was truly amazing...and disgusting. I'll be doing 1 cup a day ..not the recommended 2 cups. I expect the amount of phlegm will taper off. This tea is beyond beneficial.

With honey I enjoy this tea and it helps me breathe better.

I have been a smoker for over 40 years and have dealt with a bronchial cough for a couple of years now — sometimes productive, sometimes dry, and other times just a constant tickle that had me coughing multiple times a day. I had been adding mullein liquid drops to my coffee, which helped a little, but not enough. Then I tried this mullein tea. I started drinking it twice a day (plain, nothing added), and my cough became very loose and I started coughing up a lot of phlegm. Sometimes just clearing my throat would bring up phlegm. I was honestly amazed. I have now purchased this tea over 17 times, and I hardly cough much at all anymore. I really cannot say enough good things about it. I did try two other brands of mullein tea that were less expensive, but they paled in comparison to this one. Pros: Helped clear up bronchial congestion from long-term smoking Doesn’t taste like typical tea — more of a mild, earthy taste (I don’t love tea, so this was actually a bonus) Shipping has always been fast — I’ve run out a couple times and had it at my door the next day Cons: Pricey. You can find cheaper mullein teas, but in my experience they did not work nearly as well. Overall: I will continue buying this and highly recommend it, especially for anyone dealing with cough or lung congestion. If you’re buying this for lung support or cough issues, this was my experience and I hope it helps someone.

Don't shy away from this tea, If you are a tea drinker you will enjoy this, It's smooth and tasty, I have emphysema and trying it for better breathing. No problem with the bags, Didn't add anything to it either.

Great product

The tea is well packaged and in teabags. I just didn't like the actual tea itself, how it's pellets. I didn't know it was compressed pellets. It reminds me of gerbil food and I wanted the actual leaf in the tea bags. I opened the bag of one to check it out and I'm not even sure if it will give the same health benefits being that compressed even in hot water it might not leach out the healthy compounds as opposed to loose leaf.

aug 26, 2023: i have only had one cup of tea so far and i’m quite impressed with the results! the tea itself tastes nice, the package suggests mixing honey and/or lemon. i tried the tea on its own and it is totally palatable on its own but i did add lemon and honey and will probably steep some ginger next time as well! within 10-15 minutes of drinking the tea, i noticed my throat and lungs felt empty. it didn’t feel like i had a coat of mucus just hanging out there anymore. it might be important to note that i drank this cup first thing after waking up when my chest and lungs give me the most trouble and i felt completely clear after drinking the tea. while i haven’t coughed up anything crazy yet, i will say the little bit of mucus i coughed out came out so smooth and easily so i have a good feeling about continued use of this product. will update again after one week of having a cup every day!

Helps with breathing but taste kinda gross .

tastes good, and you really notice a difference in your lung capacity after a week of 1 cup of tea per day
