It came with scratches and faded handle, looks like it has been used or opened lot many times. Being an expensive product should be brand new. Not value for money. Pics are not allowed to be uploaded with review which could help us have a better understanding...

TUMI refused to print my initials on the monogram claiming the bag is FAKE! Although I registered it on TUMI tracking web site to prove authenticity!! It seems TUMI is trying to PUNISH buyers who purchase their bags from Amazon (not directly from their stores)! It is shame!!

堅牢な作り。静かなキャスター。思ったよりも収納可能。1個だけイマイチな点はフロントの ポケットに雨よけが付いている事。ファスナーが開けにくくてしょうがない。いらない装備です。
