CCF Tea

Just prompt and a wonderful tea

It is easy to brew, it tastes really good and I know it is healthy for me.

I have listened to the audio book from Kulreet Chaudhary where she recommends drinking fennel, cumin and coriander seeds for internal cleansing and detoxification and to help the internal digestion system. I first though about buying these three seeds separately but then saw this mixture of these three seeds and ordered it (also because it is organic). As soon as I got it, I made the tea. I make it in a metal pot which holds up to 5 cups. The instructions on the bag says 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of water. I believe that this is too much. I am mixing a good teaspoon of seeds with 4-5 cups of water and that works very well for me. After cooking it the first time, I actually cook a second pot with the same seeds. I let it cook and sit longer. For me that works great. The taste is fantastic. Even my daughter drinks it. I feel great and I feel hydrated. I take a 1 l glass bottle to work and drink it over the day. I feel less urge to eat. I have less eating attacks and overall have lost some weight with that. Overall, I strongly recommend this tea. I would change to mixture of seeds to water and use 4x more water as directed. I plan to use this tea mix long term.

I normally do not write reviews, but I just got my order of Banyan Botánica CCF tea, and I made my first cup. It does not have much taste or aroma, but it felt very soothing on my stomach as well as calming, and felt with a sense of peace. I added a small touch of honey and I really enjoyed. Very pleased with it.

I’ve enjoyed CCF tea for several years, and I am a repeat customer. Consistently good quality.
