This is something I always want to have on hand. The quality is exceptional, for what it is -- i.e. if you don't have the time and ingredients to reproduce this yourself. And, as the name says, it's certainly "better than bouillon", and generally better than supermarket "broth" which, as I understand it, is generally reconstituted from the same source as bouillons anyway. (Is that true? I dunno. But I otherwise have headaches to freeze unused broth once I've opened a supermarket broth package.)

The Smokey Chipotle is hard to find where I live and I love to make so many different dishes using this product. From barbeque ribs to pumpkin soup, so good in just about everything. I have given these jars out as gifts and everyone loves them and always want to know where I got them. A lot goes a long way, so start small and add a bit to desired taste. Really need to try in sausage pumpkin soup. Thoroughly cook your sausage (any kind you prefer), throw in some diced onion, add one large can of pure pumpkin puree and add water to desired thickness, add smokey chipotle to desired taste, and if you like a touch of sweetness add some brown sugar to taste. Tastes so great, I never have any left overs.

This base is very bold and really adds a nice kick to your chili. I only used about a spoonful, and it took my chili to the next level. The flavor was remarkably good. Unless you make chili often, this container should last you quite a while. I’m planning to experiment with other uses as well, and once I do, I’ll be sure to provide an update. I highly recommend it and would definitely purchase again.

I use this quite a bit, but usually buy it from a large bulk warehouse. This was too small for the money. The quality was fine.

I love this stuff! I use it often in soups and gravies. It is salty so drop the salt from recipes when using. This company packaged the items very well in bubble. The last time I ordered ,I am guessing from a different company, the jars arrived sticky as one must have leaked along the way.

This stock is INCREDIBLE and enhances any and every mushroom or truffle based soups, stews, rice, risottos and pastas. It brings out the richness and aromas of many dishes! Best kept secret that’s hard to find!

I used this to make vegan "ground beef" the flavour was there! This stuff is great and I will buy it again for sure. It's a thick liquid and you will have to keep it in the fridge after opwning.

This stuff is great. The flavour has real depth but it’s tough to get so it’s very expensive.
