Great Vitamin!

Great but i need to know once for all the amount of vitamin c
I think this a great product but there is a little confusion on the amount of Vitamin C is in each capsule. I am a type 2 diabetic and when i check my blood sugar level it is always low. You say that each capsule has only 40mg of vitamin c... is this correct? I must know... thanks

Give it time.
Easy to swallow and no bitter after taste. I am going to buy a second bottle this week. So far, I beginning to see some hair growth. Things take time, but with this supplement I am slowly seeing progress.

Quality not quantity
The more I research the more the results keep pointing to True Veda line of products. I have been hitting mega doses of Vitamin C only to find out all C"s not created equal. I have a quality product that is pure and potent and worth the money. Thank you

Expiration date is only a couple months after purchasing it.
Ordered it on April 2026. Box shows it expires in July 2026.

Brilliant tablets
I bought these tablets because I heard Amla was good for you and has more Vitamin C than an orange and my immune system is not very good and I rely on Echinacea. Its very difficult to get fresh Amla in the UK and if you can get Amla in supermarkets it's very expensive. I sifted through all different makes of Amla tablets but this one appealed to me so I thought I'd try this brand. On first impressions, I felt it did make a difference over Christmas and the New Year where everyone at my work place had cold & flu symptoms and I managed to avoid being affected - not sure if it was down to Amla . I only take 1 tablet a day because I want my body to get used to adding this to my daily vitamin regime but may start taking 2 per day. I think I will most probably stick to this brand and will definitely add Amla to my daily routine. Kay
