Perfect!
This fits beautifully on my M&P 2.0 (full size). Love it. One reviewer stated that this didn't fit their gun of the same size and model, but you can see in the pic they posted that they didn't install it properly...which kind of blows my mind. Haha. It took me 5 minutes to install it.

Best flashlight/laser dot combo, hands down!
I reviewed several other popular brand’s flashlights and lasers for my S&W M&P9c, but none of them had this flashlight/laser combo together and they didn’t look nearly as nice as this does when attached to your firearm. The flashlight is definitely the most important feature of this tactical flashlight/laser light in my opinion, but having a red dot laser incorporated into the same attachment is definitely a plus! It’s super easy to attach/mount to your firearm, taking less than 5 minutes, and it’s even easier to operate. It has a button on both the left and right side of the attachment that allows you to push the button with your index finger in order to turn the flashlight/laser on and off regardless if you’re right or left handed. It has three modes of operation: flashlight only, red dot laser only, or flashlight and red dot laser together. Each mode can be changed by pressing both the left and right buttons at the same time. The placement of where the button is located on the side is perfect for where your index finger normally rests when holding your firearm. Adjusting the red dot laser is relatively simple as well. You just use the included Allen wrench and turn each screw (one located on the bottom, which adjusts the vertical alignment, and the other on the side, which adjusts the horizontal alignment) clockwise/counter-clockwise. It’s always best to align your laser light while at the range so you can gauge the accuracy of it, but of course you can use any of the popular brand laser bullets to also help with accurately sighting in your laser light. I used the popular brand Boresighters while at the range to ensure best accuracy. Another convenient feature is the fact that the batteries are supplied with it, so no need to purchase any batteries just yet. I highly recommend this Streamlight for everyone looking to add either a flashlight and/or laser light attachment to their firearm. The flashlight is very bright and the red dot laser is very easy to see. This attachment doesn’t add any extra weight or different feel to my firearm in my opinion, and I love the tactical look of my firearm as well now. Another positive aspect of this attachment is that several popular gun and holster companies make standard and custom holsters for the S&W M&P9c with TLR-6 attachment. A couple popular companies that I used when purchasing a holster for my S&W MP9c with TLR-6 attachment was Dara Holsters for my kydex holster and Alien Gear Holsters for my adjustable/mountable holsters. In comparison to Streamlight’s competitors, the price is unbeatable and more than reasonable for what you get with the attachment. You can’t go wrong with this attachment, and you will definitely love the look and feel of your firearm.

perfect, a must have
Fits like a glove (S&W Shield compact), Stream-light quality works perfectly with the matching Kydex holster. Super confidence builder especially for the wife with limited firearms experience wanting a home defense weapon. In this application a reliable white light is way more important than tritium night sights.

High-quality and versatile firearm laser light
I installed the TLR-6 on my new full size M&P 2.0, which I use for home defense. I have mixed feelings about gun lights and lasers, they are great for low light target acquisition and can disorient and deter an attacker -- but they can also give away your position. In the end, I figured it's good to have the options. This unit has an ambidextrous power switch. One thing that was not clear in the product description (or maybe I missed it): pinching the left and right switch together toggles the illumination mode from simultaneous light and laser, to laser only, to light only. The TLR-6 remembers the last mode you selected, so it defaults back to that mode when you turn it back on.The fit on my M&P is excellent. Of course, it changes the footprint of the gun, so it might be a challenge to find a holster. However this firearm sits in my nightstand safe so I probably won't carry it anyway. This is my third streamlight product. I have another rail-mounted TLR-3 gun light for my shotgun, and a Pro-Tac HL3 flashlight for my car. Streamlight does not make inexpensive products but they are rugged, solidly-built and bright. You won't go wrong with Streamlight!

Great light and laser
Used this a few times and the light is very bright and the laser works very well. Fit is great. Its just as wide as the gun and the ambi buttons are easy to reach and use. Install is easy too with the supplied tools and instructions. Kinda tricky on how to change the light and laser settings but it works and works very well too. Highly recommend for CCW use.

5 bought so far
I bought one of these for each carry pistol on my CCW. I should say I bought one, liked it and bought another, liked that and then bought the other 3. I know a much brighter light than 100 lumens would be preferred but I’ve got to carry this light on my hip for 12 to 16 hours a day and this is super lightweight of the subcompacts I carry. When shooting at the range, both indoors and out, I do not use the laser bit I figure it can’t hurt to have it available with the touch of your finger. Smartly designed and easy to install, align and to activate. Well worth the money should you every need it. I use a Streamlight TLR9 on my 1911 and these littles guys are a lot less cumbersome.

DOES NOT FIT S&W 380 EZ Shield
The package clearly states it’s for all M&P pistols that have rail mounts. The M&P 380 EZ Shield has a rail mount but this light & laser combo will not fit around the trigger guard as shown in the picture I attached.I ordered another model for my other CCW gun, the Shield 9/40 and it fit & works perfectly. I didn’t even have to sight in the laser.

Met my basic needs, but maybe should have chose another
Fits my Shield nicely, looks/feels factory. UI works fine for me. Laser adjusted perfectly. Just wish the light was brighter. Will illuminate your target, but NOT blind them. Wish i would have bought lite with higher lumens.
