I can't believe I didn't know this before, this has helped my articulations, knees and other joints, it was painful to go for a run or wake up one day with a weird pain in the knee for no reason, bending is easier, it doesn't work for one day to the other, it works by consistency, I'm 32 and I had pain in the knees and some other joints its been more than 6 months taking them and the pain disappeared, I also gave it to my mom and cousins that were complaining of mobility pain. It worked slowly in week 3. My knees feel less cracky when bending. Still some pain on heavy days. But overall feels supportive.

It feels slightly better now especially at night. Not 100% but improvement is there. Didn’t upset my digestion. A decent everyday supplement.
