Do not waste your money on this contraption
Do not waste your money on this contraption. The board is extremely hard. The armpit bars are awkward and uncomfortable to say the least. Trying to handle that lever on the side to increase the stretch is extremely awkward and difficult to use. The foam ankle bars are extremely uncomfortable and they do not hold your ankles in place. The contraption feels like some kiddie mid evil contraption. Do not waste your money or your time with this item.
