USA. All nylabone products made in the US have a picture of the American Flag on the package. No flag -- not made in US.

Do you think my cat will like this

Cats have sharp incisor teeth and smaller mouths for tearing soft prey. I doubt that kitty would find nylabones satisfying. Dogs have a drive to chew, and with their massive jaw muscles (feel on the sides of their skull) they really bite hard.
