ZONEPACK Small GFK-160A 5-3500ml Digital Control Liquid Filling Machine Dosing Filler with Pedal for Juice Water

This is the coolest auto-filling machine that I have ever found. I have gone through three or four other auto-filling machines. The first one's problem was, when you fill the hose with your fluid to start (when you start, you must replace the air in the tube with your fluid so that the machine can pump), you must use a syringe to get the fluid to the motor. The first machine leaked from the bottom. That was an electrical problem waiting to happen. The next two or three machines went by weight. Meaning, if I wanted 50ml perfume bottles filled, I had to set that at about 41.75 oz or so. The weighted machines did not work well for me because, in perfume, you have to go by how much is in the bottle. Because glass bottles of the same batch, are blown by a human maker, they have different weights even if they both are 1.7 oz. The weighted machines did not work well for me when filling perfume bottles. They would constantly leave too much air at the top of the bottle, making it look like you were cheating the person who bought the perfume. But this machine here goes by something different. It goes by how long you set for the machine to spray your liquid. So I set my time for it to run at 1.70 seconds or 1 second and seven milliseconds. I believe this would be the setting for a 1.7 ounce bottle. It fills it perfectly every time. I set my time to fill at 3 (out of 9) down at the bottom left corner. The bottom right corner is the time of how long you want the machine to wait before it sprays again. I set it from 7 or 10 seconds. You can always go to you tube to watch it. You will need a syringe when you start because you have to replace the air in the tube hose with whatever you are going to filling, so go ahead and order one if you don't have one already. I love this machine but needed an air pump to get started! I watched the video so that's how I knew it would need one! Aside from that, I LOVE this machine! It was affordable and does cut down my time in half when filling my bottles!!!

Would not work. Don’t waste your time.

No funciona como se promete. El llenado nunca se originó porque no hay función de succión en la válvula de entrada. Las indicaciones de cóml solucionarlo no existen.
