Review: Fixed jitter that a passive converter had. - I was using a passive DisplayPort to VGA converter that worked fine when connected straight to a monitor. But then I hooked my computer up through a 4-port KVM switch that has built in 6-ft cables plus the cable from the KVM to the monitor. That caused the display to jitter and not be a crisp picture. I ran it through Google AI and it told me the problem was the passive converter didn't have enough signal strength for the amount of cabling. Even though this is considerably more expensive (because the other one was 4 converters for a cheaper price) this 100% fixed my problem. And now displays through the KVM switch with zero jitter, a crisper picture and better colors. So if you need an active DisplayPort to VGA converter it's definitely worth spending the extra money.
