Terrible Experience with HP Smart Tank 795 – Not Worth the Money!
I bought the HP Smart Tank 795 All-in-One printer hoping for reliability and quality, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Within just 1.5 months of purchase, the printer developed a print head issue and stopped working properly. I had no choice but to take it to the service center, where it took a ridiculous 15 days to get it repaired! A brand-new printer breaking down this early is simply unacceptable. The after-sales service was painfully slow, and the entire experience was frustrating. This is not what you expect from a reputed brand like HP. I strongly advise against buying this product. If you’re looking for a dependable printer, stay away from the Smart Tank 795 – it’s not worth the hassle.

It is a very excellent printer
“The HP 795 is a robust Smart Tank printer. Ensure that the device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device. Once network alignment is confirmed, download and install the corresponding HP driver package and software utility to complete the setup.”

HP Saved me from Epson
Allways had HP printers but for the past 2 years bought an expensive Epson ink tank printer. Absolutely hated it. Would continue to paper jam, would pause in the middle of printing and annoyingly keep you waiting for ages. Just had enough of it and bought this HP instead. It is less than half price of the Epson and a better overall product. Print quality could be better, hence the 4 stars instead of the 5.

Amazing for Home Office use
I love this product great for home office use with duplex printing and great print speeds not to mention the number of pages it promises out of the box

Do not buy it
Very bad product . Do not buy it. HP is the worst customer support ever !!!!!!!! I have been trying to contact the customer support for 2 months and no one is replying. The alignment head of my printer does not work so I am printing only with a white line in the middle. For this price it is a shame.

HP currently offers four main models in its Smart Tank series: *720*, *725*, *790*, and *795*. - *Smart Tank 720 & 725*: Both support *automatic duplex printing* and come with full wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, mobile printing). The 725 adds smart-guided buttons for an improved interface. However, *neither model includes an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)*, so *duplex scanning and copying aren't supported automatically*. You can manually scan each page one by one, flip them, and then combine using the HP Smart app, but *manual duplex scanning is a hassle and time-consuming*. Duplex printing, however, works automatically. - *Smart Tank 790*: Released in *October 2021*, it adds full duplex capability with an ADF for *automatic duplex scanning, copying, and printing*. It offers faster print speeds—*up to 15 ppm black, 9 ppm color*—and is designed for higher productivity. Ink yield is strong, with up to *6,000 black* and *8,000 color* pages. - *Smart Tank 795*: Released in *July 2022*, it includes all features of the 790 but comes with *more ink bottles out of the box*—delivering up to *18,000 black pages* thanks to a *larger black ink tank*. It has a refined touchscreen interface and excellent efficiency. Despite slightly slower rated speeds (*13 ppm black, 8 ppm color*), real-world performance is fast and smooth. *My Experience with the 795* I’m extremely satisfied. Print speed is faster than my older HPs, and duplex printing/scanning works flawlessly with no jams. The illuminated ink tanks are convenient, and after printing over 100 color pages, ink levels still show full. Wi-Fi connectivity is solid throughout the house. Advanced features like scanning 2 pages onto 1, duplex scanning and printing, and flexible copy settings are available, though there’s a bit of a learning curve. The HP Smart app helps, and *HP Printables* adds fun templates and activities. Overall, the *795 is a superb all-in-one*—quiet, durable, efficient, and highly recommended. If you just need duplex printing and can manage manual scanning occasionally, the *720/725* might work, but for complete automation, go for *790 or 795*. Seeing that the 795 is cheaper than 790 with more refined controls and upgrade, the 795 is goto for small office and home. The slightly higher speed 790 is made for more heavy useage. But to me for both office and school setup 795 is perfect
