Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Board

Awesome little UK made Pi kind rare here in the states since we mostly get element14 China made Raspberry Pi's. A little info for everyone the Raspberry Pi Foundation has several contractors manufacturing Pi's for them for different markets. From what I know Raspberry Pi's are made in 3 countrys United kingdom that are stamped (UK) people's republic if China that are stamped (PRC) and Japan that are stamped (Japan) now Japanese Pi's are for Japan only market making them extremely rare. Now UK Pi's are mostly for the European markets and China Pi's are mostly sold in Asia and the Americas this makes it more cost effective for the Pi foundation. Some people say UK Pi's are better others say PRC Pi's are better in reality they are all the same since all Components are the same from the same parts supplier's the only difference being where they where put together. In my opinion I have never had problems with PRC Pi's or the same goes for the UK assembled ones but I do like knowing I own a RS UK Pi from the home turf of the Raspberry Pi. So overall great little SBC can't go wrong with a Raspberry Pi great support great for beginners and super users just love these things now I just need to get me a Japanese Raspberry Pi.

I absolutely love my Raspberry Pi. I'm using it in my 3D printing endeavors. It works flawlessly. I did learn a few things, however, Windows does not like to cooperate with the programing and some of the instructional videos online can be quite advanced. I ended up connecting the Pi to my tv via the HDMI port and my problems were solved. I could then unplug it and move it where I wanted it. Also, even though I should have a full 3 volts powering the Pi I still get a notice that says it's under powered. It is working flawlessly though. I also bought a 5mp Arducam camera for it but it would not work. I bit the bullet and spent $30 for a Raspberry camera that works perfectly.

This is my second Raspberry Pi 3B single board computer, since my first on is plugged into the television all the time and I am content to leave it there. I have had not problems with this one and don't expect to. With that being said, although the Raspberry Pi box says made in United Kingdom, the box it is shipped in says Made in China. As I recall, the Amazon add claims Made in UK....so much for truth in advertising. Of course I knew this from a previous review and ordered it anyway. Since this board cost no more than my other board, I ordered it so I could tell one board from the other (since printed on this board will had UK printed on it). I still give it 5 stars because it is a good working Raspberry Pi.

It's a Raspberry Pi 3B. It does what YOU want it to.Be sure to get the Canakit 2.5 amp power supply. A phone charger won't do it.Ease of installation is dependent on your skill level.

I received it the next day as promised. It's nice to purchase the board for near the price that it should be. For those of us that already have all of the peripheral hardware, it'snice to purchase the Pi3board without someone trying to track on a $20 scalper fee.

Not for newbies. Installing an os and what not is easy but other aspects are more troublesome. I set it up with retropue and did modifications to run all the emulators I wanted. Works awesome.

These motherboards are deliciously packed with potential (haha, see what I did there). I would give it 3.14 stars, but that's not a good review. I'd only do it because it's a pi (ha, get it). I don't often make dollars but I always make some sense (hahaha, I can't be stopped).

Going strong running 24/7 in very hot conditions. I wish everything was as rock solid as this Pi!

My first Raspberry, and it's living up to all the hype so far. I bought from this seller since it was the lowest price, at the time. I also liked that it was made in the UK. Not sure what difference it makes -- maybe a bit of peace-of-mind when it comes to reliability? Time will tell. Seems to work just fine and it arrived within the time-frame advised. If I needed another one, I'd buy again from this seller.
