Not sure what would happen if I took more than 1
I took one before bed. I had a pizza for tea I woke up at 5am with the 1st run to the loo. I had to run to the loo with loose stool about 5 times in 2 hrs. I had very bad upset stomach not sure if I would try 2 a day. Has anyone else had very runny bowel movements? I have take 1 again the 2nd day sane thing again you have to be quick on your feet to make the loo on time. It must be my body is different from other reviews
