For years I made my falafels for my family from scratch. At first I used a hand grinder and then Cuisinart came out with the food processor which made my life heaven. We loved these falafels and I spent a number of years perfecting my recipe. Now I cannot physically handle any cooking that requires extensive time or enery, I have had to learn to rely on some instant products. This falafel mix, after trying several brands, is the most like the homemade ones we loved for so many years. They are easy, fry perfectly and look lovely. I make a Tahini sauce to go with them that has roasted sesame tahini mixed with fresh lemon juice and garlic. We serve them with finely shredded cabbage, kosher dill relish, and beet salad (on the side) tucked in pita bread pockets or rolled in garlic naan. I am thrilled to find this wonderful mix that allows me to enjoy falafel (almost as good as my own recipe) I cannot chop etc so i make them and dip them in tahini sauce....side of avocado or scrambled egg.

This curry is high quality! I cooked some foods with it, and I placed them in a plastic container, then placed it in the refrigerator. But I forgot it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. When I saw it in the refrigerator recently, I pulled the foods in the trash can. The container was yellow color around inside of it, after cleaning it with dish soap. All yellow color was gone totally. So impressed! And the curry is good taste. Will buy again

This delicious powder adds just enough flavor to my veggies without being too spicy. I was brought up on curries once a week--it was the one dish my mother could make well. I've tried a lot of different commercial curry powders. Some are too strong, some just don't taste right. This is the best I've ever tasted. And I only need a small sprinkling, so it is economical.

I have purchased the mild curry for the last two years and am amazed at how fast I go through a 16 oz bottle. Just ordered the two pound jar... Love this curry for being a flexible base to add the garlic, ginger and pepper to my personal taste.

This was so good, and most importantly, NO NIGHTSHADES!I have been missing curry so much since my autoimmune diagnosis, so finding one that was safe for me has been amazing. It's not really spicy at all, but that's kind of the point. Adding fresh garlic and ginger, as well as white pepper, are good choices to make it warmer but keep it nightshade free.

This is the very best curry I’ve ever used. I make amazing curry recipes with this mix and coconut milk. The flavor is outstanding! The HOT version is great too!!!!
