It's very roomy and can easily hold 2 pairs of shoes, gym and/or work clothes, a pack of electrolyte powder sticks, glasses, a lock for the gym locker, plastic containers of protein and preworkout powder, a blender bottle, another water bottle, and other miscellaneous stuff and STILL has a lot of room leftover. It's durable and has a good amount of pockets/extra spaces, though there isn't anywhere besides the shoe compartment to easily separate out sweaty clothing except for a mesh compartment on the outside of the side pocket, which is where I usually put my armband and headband after a workout. It's very easy to fit a wet bag in, however.
