I first purchased a 30-second smile kit from my dentist several years ago. It had a significant impact on my overall dental hygiene and health. However, it failed with 30-60 days no longer holding a charge. After three exchanges, all with the same results, I thought it was a great idea but poor design or manufacturing problem. So, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the company on their Facebook page. Much to my pleasant surprise, I received an immediate response from the company owners who sent me a brand new one that is still working one year later. As I understand it, there were manufacturing problems. However, the issues have been resolved. Excellent customer service. Now, one year later, the replacement unit they sent me is still working as well as the day that I received it. I use it several times a day, and my dentist is very pleased with the results. My overall gum health has significantly improved since switching from a simple toothbrush to the 30-second smile. I simply order replacement brushes periodically and keep on brushing. This product is easy to use and works great. I highly recommend it!

I have been using 30 Second Smile Tooth bush for years, probably as long as they have been in business. I am 76 years old. The tooth brush is fantastic. I have used 3 different brands and I find this one to be the best. I have reached out for help with replacing the brush when they were issues and they have been terrific. Works better than any other I have ever had!

At first I liked the idea of this product and after a family member had used one, I wanted to try it for myself. I went ahead and bought one, but never received the product. Customer service issued a refund without a problem. Then I decided to try the unit that my family member had, but get my own brush heads, which is when customer service began to interrogate me and wrongfully accuse me of scandalous activity. I was highly offended and just wanted to try a new form of hygiene in my regular care. I would not recommend this product to anyone due to the customer service that was provided. Instead try triple bristle or another similar toothbrush and hopefully you won't have these issues.

still a good product but, they switch the clips from metal to plastic and the brush does not always click in and come out as you are brushing!
