Finally one that works
Purchased three different budget meters and two of which were not accurate, until I tried this one which works wonders .

Works perfect
Haven't used it for a job yet. Took it out of the box, used to scan where i knew i would find studs, live wires etc. And it seems reasonably accurate...

If you’re only looking for stud wall for wood I would recommend for anything else is very misleading reads and could be dangerous

accurate and reliable
Although the price is not exesive the scanner is of good quality and more importantly it is accurate at pinpointing the location of anything electrical, live or not, i am impressed with this and find it invaluable in giving me confidence to drill with confidence into a wall, would not hesitate to recommend

Does not detect studs, incorrect wiring detection.
Does not detect all studs, literally holding it over a stud using both the "exact" and "deep" modes comes back with 0%, also thinks there are live wires everywhere in every internal wall, not accurate in the slightest. Complete waste of money!

Easy to set up and use
This is a nice compact stud finder and my partner has used this device to locate cables in a plastered wall. He found the cable location reasonably accurately and found this stud finder to be user friendly. He works in the construction trade so has previously used a stud finder and found this in comparison to be as good as more expensive ones.

Finally 1 that's works
I have bought a few of these in the past and they simply never worked, this one however is fantastic and finds everything and everything. It hasnt missed anything yet.
