I have wanted to go on planting kisses on every single page as I flipped through. I bought it as a gift for someone; I am confident that if I don't wrap it up for him soon, I will be gifting him the journal at all. Buy the book. If I may describe it in a metaphorical way, I will say that the journal isa graphic novel without the story in it which is exactly what is the most beautiful thing about it - you get to start the story and compose it with honest reflections each day until you finish it, and can be so certain that the work is unique for none else, ever for one day, lived your day on Earth.

Love this book so much. What an amazing and creative idea! I have already started implementing it into my life and have noticed a positive change around me. It is easy and fun to read and go through as you write out your thoughts, such a fun way to keep a journal..also its a great quality product too. I will be buying more as presents for friends and family this year...what a great gift! Especially for those people who are the hardest to buy for!!

This journal is the sweetest thing! I had wondered if it would be more writing (like chapters) but it's not, its all different positive messages, encouraging words, tiny challenges, places to write happy notes and gratitude, colouring in pages etc. done in her charming and unique style. Since looking through the book I think it's perfect she did it like that - Emily comes across so humble and would never assume she knows how to fix the huge issue of negative bias in the world (the way people and media give far more attention to the bad than the good). Personally, I think it's clear that she does know, choosing to focus on the good things in our own everyday lives and by doing small things to positively impact others we can balance out the bias. This book would make a great gift and I'll definitely be buying a few more copies for friends and family.
