I wear them a few hours before I go to bed, especially while watching TV or looking at my phone. I have noticed a distinct improvement in my sleep, both in quality and quantity. The effect on my sleep was noticeable even on first night I wore them. They are very comfortable, and I highly recommend them. Perfect for Gentlemen
Too big & masculine on my face. Guess they are more for gentlemen. Case is good. A plastic sheath was missing from one of the temple arms, not a big deal but wondered if an oversight or a return?

Good if you're always on your computer on the job.
Quite an effective blocker of blue light as I work with a screen almost everyday. Not to mention it looks lovely on me and the fit is great. For the price point, it's everything I need without being too expensive. Well done and easy to use. I just hope it lasts long.

A little uncomfortable on my nose
The glasses seem to provide the safety from blue light, but after a while of use they hurt my nose.

Best blue blockers on the market.
I have owned many blue blocking glasses and this pair by far is the best. They're so light and comfortable on your face. With others' I've also found that light leaks around the edges but with this pair you don't get much of that, and best of all, they look great!

Blocking the LED street lights and car lights.
This is the fourth pair of blue light blockers that I have purchased. None of them worked to block out the horrible LED car lights and LED Street lights. I am so grateful to have found these as they're the only glasses that cuts the horrible bright glare!
