My furnace was short cycling like crazy, and it was driving me nuts. I checked the old capacitor, and it was reading 10.5 uf, which apparently was still "working" enough to keep it sputtering along. After replacing it with a new one, the airflow is so much better now. The short cycling has completely stopped, which is a massive relief. It's amazing how a small part can cause such big problems. Definitely worth checking if you're having similar issues with your heating system. Highly recommend this fix if your furnace is acting up.
