These are so hard & are very uncomfortable. Definitely would not order again. Poor quality but should've expected that for the price.

These earbuds will fit securely on any size threaded Littmann stethoscope if you do this one operation. Be sure to press them ALL the way home, past the threads and onto the shaft. For added security I added a drop of superglue as I slid the earbuds into place.
