It kills the mosquitoes protects from malaria, dengue fevers. Product quality: The product has refill which lasts up to 2X longer and it is a powerful protection. Improved refill which lasts up to 2X longer Fragrance: it has original fragrance which kills dengue mosquitoes. Very good quality product ,it has very very little amount of perfume so it does not create any irritation for those who are allergic to the perfume of mosquito repellent liquid . I my self having allergic reaction to strong perfume and it did not caused me any allergy ,still I would like to suggest to the company that they should keep it at zero or if want to use the perfume ,even in low amount ,then they should use Neem or any other soothing perfume ,other then cosmatic perfume
