Good quality, worked the way it was supposed to & gave the royal icing a lightness. The icing kept the moisture longer without having to add water as long as it was covered.

My daughter uses this for royal icing. Sh3 said it is better than the wilton brand because it doesn't have clumps and she doesn't need to sift it.

By far, my favorite meringue for royal icing. I’ve tried many others and always come back. It whips up nice and also dries nice. Easy to mix, holds it shape and dries nicely. Definitely consistent and always reliable.

Ordered this because I use a lot of egg whites to make cookies but for some reason, this wouldn’t work for me. It might work for others, but it’s still a good product.
