Keeps arithritic hand pain at bay
This has been my go-to for joint pain relief for many years. Turmeric was a silver bullet when I first tried it - joint pain in my hands disappeared in a few hours, and didn't come back if I kept taking the stuff. I now take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening, and usually have little or no pain in my hands. I have it on subscription so I never forget. It costs more than some of my heart and other prescription meds, but is worth every penny.

Standardized Tumeric @ a great price
What I like best is the potency so I don't have to take 2 or 3 per day. Also like that it is standardized.
