Es mágica. Antes de ayer no sabia hacer una tortilla francesa y desde que me pongo la chaqueta lo mas facil que hago son esferificaciones con nitrogeno. De ahi parriba. Ferran adria se ha enterado de como funciono y se ha puesto en contacto conmigo para reabrir el bully,pero le he dicho que no porque no me gusta trabajar los domingos. Si quieres un level up en cocina,necesitas esta chaqueta,no hay mas.
