These are great and won't fall off, I don't use them every night and suspect they might cause skin irritation if you did because they're so sticky

So thankful for these nose strips! We used to use another brand, but it hurt my husband’s nose. It hurt mine as well. So when I bought these randomly at a different store simply because they were a fair price, I wasn’t sure whether or not they would hurt like the others. I decided to try them myself before my husband. He told me I was starting to snore. Lol. I also have large nasal polyps, so I have only two small slits in my nostrils through which I breathe. I put these on and placed them slightly lower than normal. I placed them right at the crease where the nostrils begin. So the bottom of the nose strip was touching the crease. I was so amazed! They did not hurt my nose at all and I slept like a baby. I believe it helped me breathe through my nose better at night instead of through my mouth which, in turn, caused me to sleep better. My husband used one the next night and he said the same thing - that it did not hurt his nose. It did not completely remove his snoring, but definitely reduced it by about 80%. I’m happy with that! I’ll always keep these on hand.

First time buying this one. The adhesive is very strong, it does a number on my skin. If you already bought it, don't press too hard on your nose or it will leave a red mark, hard to detach.

These are for small to medium size noses. Make sure you're buying the right size. These are a little better than the Breathe Right brand of nasal strips. The narrower bridge is more comfortable, so I no longer need to pad the center of the strip. These have cutouts at the edge of the plastic springs, which allow them to pull out just a little, instead of poking my nose. The cutouts also make the edges less-likely to pull away from the nose. The adhesive holds all night with no trouble at all.

I tried both the regular and extra strength versions, and they were both awful. The adhesive is far too strong and feels more like glue than a skin-safe strip. When you peel it off in the morning, it can actually bruise your nose and cause micro-bleeding under the skin. After just one or two uses, I ended up with visible marks and peeling — it looked like the top layer of skin had been ripped off. The skin becomes dry and irritated, and it takes about a week to heal. These strips might open your nasal passages, but the damage to your skin isn’t worth it. Definitely not recommended.
