Fan died in about 3 months.
Overall this box has been great but the fan started to make a loud noise after three months. My own experience tells me they used cheap sleeve bearing fans. I contacted customer support and they refused to replace it but instead told me that the unit was not designed for 24/7 use. Spoiler, I use it as a server and have never had this issue with other server brands. Also, as an engineer I've designed many things with fans for 24/7 use and have never had one die at 3 months. My solution is to buy a decent ball-bearing fan of the same size and voltage.

Came with Wrong screws
The thing is decent but I have 4 screws that are useless. I checked and double-checked that I am using the correct screws but there are still 4 that I need and 4 that I have that don't work for what I need. The screws I have are way too small for what they are supposed to be used for.

To replace an SD card, need to disassemble entire setup
New beta firmware for RPI4 is USB mass-storage bootable, so it's a lesser issue, you may not need to replace SD Card often. Quality of used materials is ok except the fan which is already not working after a month of use.

Bluetooth sucks with this case
Need to be right on top of the case with a bluetooth keyboard for it to work at all. Multiple keyboards same issue. The metal case causes interference.
