Excellent Remote with full color light controller!

It's working great. Remote works fine.Hope this was helpful.

The media could not be loaded.  I thought this product was very slick when I hooked it up. The controller still works fine from the mobile app. however, the remote is super glitchy and unusable now... like you're pushing the buttons even when you're not. lights flicker until I remove batteries. I tried to contact the seller and there is no way to contact them and no warranty apparently.

I have several of these to control LED light strips. Great controller with a lot of flexibility to control multiple kinds of lights. The app is pretty basic but not bad. The wireless connection works with Alexa to allow creation of routines and usage of voice commands. It would be nice if this came with a power supply but they are easily obtained on Amazon if you don’t already have one. The instructions included are good. The only issue I had was trying to get the included remote to work. I never got it to work. I did not need it since I am using wi-if and Alexa but it may be nice to have it someday. Overall a great solution to control your LED light stops.

The remote itself registers false button presses and makes the lights go crazy

Pretty standard controller and remote set, appearing identical to other ones available on Amazon. At time of purchase was pretty much the same price too. Tested and works with both 12v and 24v lights. As I've only got this controller that's compatible with the remote, I can't test the 4 zone claim, but it works just fine for what I can test. I've been using it daily with a 12v RGBW set of lights for ambient lighting for a couple of months and it's working just fine still with no issues.

This product makes marrying multiple lights a breeze. It is easy to set up and use. The color options are endless. The controls are super intuitive. Great product for sure.

Fortunately I bought two of these to verify that the item failed out of the box. So I installed the first unit and it works as described, actually quote well. The problems begin when you have a problem, as I said once I checked the second unit it appeared to work as described until I tried to turn it off. Upon turn it off it reverted back to Red, as if the red lead remained hot. Despite several resets and such the same thing happened. So I figured, I'll just exchange it for another, NOPE !! Not eligible for exchange/return. So eventually I will be out another $30. No choice no chance and all I have is hope the next one works as expected ..
