My nails used to be very brittle but have noticed a change with a lot less breakage but I think it will take a bit more time for more of an effect but will continue to keep taking these .

Quite surprised at this item I feel that definitely helps. I was sceptical at first. I have very dry nails recently as I am entering my 40s and didn’t know where to start. I feel that my nails have improved and starting to grow a lot better now without the cracks and the dry bits The item is not hard to swallow and I feel it has value for money for its ingredients as prior to this I was buying everything separately doesn’t have any taste and the size of the tablet seems absolutely fine so far good quality and value for money. I am on my second pot.

Too soon to comment on effectiveness but well packaged and easy to take. One box is 30 days worth ss it is two capsules a day.

Love these , I have tried many hair, nail and skin vitamins but these are the only ones that worked . I have even had to cut my nails which is unheard of , I saw Colleen Roony of Instagram raving about them . She was right in my 70s but like nice nails cheaper than going to a salon to have horrible thick nail on , quality is outstanding, made in the UK plus by me

Sadly I really don’t think these tablets work as I have been taking them for months and months now and I don’t see the slightest difference at all! They’re really smelly too which is a bit off putting and not cheap either.

I was going to purchase this again to give it more time to work but the price rising from £18.99 to £26.99 in 1 month thnk I will give it a miss it’s not that good after a month

These really do make a difference. I have used for 1 month. My nails are growing and my skin feels lovely. My hair doesn't need washing every day. I can 3 days now. Recommended
