GoPro Hand + Wrist Strap (GoPro Official Mount)

We bought this just before a trip to Hawaii and we’re so glad we did. It is well built and met every expectation. It comes with two straps: one that wraps around your wrist and one that wraps around your hand. We tried both but used the hand strap exclusively. The hand strap gives you a stable mount and a clear view of the GoPro screen while still allowing you to use your hand to swim. The mount has a solid feel and includes a swivel 360 degree mount. In the past we used a snorkel mask mount which was terrible if you cared at all about what you’re filming. We also used the floating hand-held post but that made it difficult to swim.

Took my wife to Disney and wanted to vlog some of the rides. In used a back pack mount most of the day and this wrist strap for the rides. It worked perfectly and gave me plenty of adjustability. It was sturdy enough for my Insta360 on roller coasters where hand held options weren’t available. I give the product itself 5 stars. It’sa little pricey but it’s securing your camera which is even more expensive. Made it through 5 days and looks brand new still. Will update if any opinions change

Nice product - solid construction. I don't have many official GoPro mounts - most of mine are the cheaper things from Amazon - but this one was worth it for me. Feels well built. I don't worry that the camera will break off or anything, like some of the other similar offerings/reviews I saw when I was shopping for this. I'm pretty happy with this - got it specifically to take the camera on roller-coasters. It worked, but the video was pretty shaky, and my arm takes up a good bit of the middle of the frame. I've found, though, that it's really good for other things too- an easy way to keep the camera with you and ready to go without having to just carry it the whole time. And if you do need to pocket the camera, the strap doesn't take up much room at all

Had this for a long time. Worked great for a long time. Easy to use, lightweight, reliable, no messing around. Sadly ours broke when we flipped the raft in the Grand Canyon. There's a gopro at the bottom of Horn Creek Rapid, if you want to go look ;-) We'll buy another wrist strap.

I have used this for ~30 dives now in Key Largo, Lake Huron, and various quarries. The deepest I have gone with it is ~110ft/33m. It can be a little awkward to get on at first but if you assemble the straps and then slip your hand in, it's simple. It seems robust and I have not lost my GoPro yet so I am satisfied. If you want to bring your GoPro on a dive and need your hands free, this is a great choice.

Wore it in the Cayman Islands, 84° salt water, down to 104’, four times per day, daily for 6 days straight and never once had a single issue!!! I do wish the straps for interlacing around the back of your hand were longer for a more secure hold (mental anxiety of losing it) but it never came off once. *If diving or swimming in salt water, don’t forget to rinse it off with fresh water immediately after getting out. Just like electronics, this needs the same care to ensure it lasts.

This item is very useful for me to use during our vlogs. We can record on roller coasters, water rides, and all of that stuff! The entire thing is water proof, which means you can swim with it! Very cool item, I recommend it.

I just received the strap and have been looking forward to snorkeling with it. When it arrived I was anxious to try it on, as, some people said they did not fit large hands well. It was close for me but fit okay. But, sadly, as I was velcroing off one of the straps, instead of hearing the sound of velcro seperating, I heard stitches popping. Very disappointing, very. I am not even sure what to do now.

Good product a lot sturdier than cheaper immitations

This is product more than Wow. Amazing and fullfil the requirements of my job. I will keep purchasing whenever needed to do so so because it high quality product.

This is an excellent gopro accessory. in some cases third party accessories will do and are just as good and durable to protect the camera but in this case gopro make the best wrist and hand strap. It could be cheaper but as far as durability, sturdiness i would only the original gopro wrist strap. Third party ones are cheap.
