Cons:—The screw for leg attachment will brush against the left side, of your right knee cap when doing leg extensions, so be careful (see photo 1).—The cushioning/leg extension piece is short, if it was wider it would be much better (see photo 2).—Lastly be mindful of the bench length; I am 6’1 and my head will be off the bench when bench pressing.Pros:—Super easy and straight-forward to put together. If I can do it, so can you!—Very sturdy.—Versatile.—Doesn’t take up much room.—Easy to change around.Not a pro or con but please note—no bench that has leg attachments and an arm curl piece fold up...i.e this bench does not fold up.I will update this review once I get plates to disclose whether olympic plates or regular plates are best for use.

This product has decent reviews and was the cheapest on amazon which should have been my first clue.Pros:-Arrived quicker than expected.-Was easy to assemble.Cons:-The leg extension is non functional!-"4 level adjustable comfortable hook foot" have to remove pin completely to be able to fully extend, and when removed it creates an inch on wobble/play in each side of the pad making an unstable and insufficient support while exercising.-The pads are extremely short leaving little room for leg and foot placement.-The pads are thin and uncomfortable while performing exercises.-on leg extension can not load any weights bigger than 25lb Olympic weights or they will hit the ground.-Foot placement for leg extension is extremely narrow and difficult to get feet under to perform exercise, even when barefoot.-Leg curl pad placement is painful. While performing leg curl the hard pad rolls up the back of the calf with every rep, it is not pleasant.-Seat made numerous cracking sounds when leaning over to pick up dumbbells for chest flys.-seat and back pad have horrible chemical smell, wiped off and it's been airing out a few days and it still stinks.-Bench is short, really really short. Flat bench is not to bad if you scoot all the way down my head doesn't hang off too much, but while inclined it hangs off all the way making exercise very uncomfortable.-bench incline is unstable and has about an inch of play on each side.-bench contour made flat bench uncomfortable and dangerous. The contour in the bench make my shoulder blades hang off while performing flat bench making the exercise feel unstable and like I'm trying to bench on a tight rope.-The resistance bands offer very little resistance, they also feel cheap and overall just useless.Overall i recommend avoiding this product at all costs and i wholeheartedly regret this purchase.I'm sure there will be more issues and i will update this comment when i find them.

Just taking it out of the box and the wrapping and I noticed tears in a couple of places. I know at this price point the material is surely synthetic leather and that is fine but it should not already be torn right out of the box. This is not a piece of equipment that I expect to last that long...so I'll deal with it for the time being.

Easy to put together, and sturdy. But the entire set of attachments in the front are a worthless waste of space. The curl bar, the bands are unusable. Unless you are like 4 ft tall.

I had bought this weight bench. So I don't have to go to the gym after work, instead I can stay at the comfort of my own home to do my workouts. Its easy to put together. The instructions are very clear. It's pretty big. The only problem I have with it that it isn't so sturdy.

When I got my bench and started assembly, I discovered there was a missing bolt/nut/washer. Once I contacted the seller, I had the missing piece in about three days! Got it put together. Feels sturdy and stable. I may, however, remove the "handlebars" as they press against my legs when I sit down. I am large, at 284# (down from 384 a few years back), and this bench appears to be designed for thin people. But, without the bars I think it will be fine.

Just what I was looking for! It’s small enough for my workout area. It is too small for my husband to use but the perfect size for me and my teen girls.

The bench was easy to assemble. My son loves it, and he especially likes that it matches the tower we had purchased for him previously—also from this vendor. It’s aesthetically pleasing and sturdy. I’m also pleased by the customer service provided, as I ordered the wrong item, but the vendor canceled the order and let me purchase the one my son wanted.
